Famished Little Kitten Has The Most Incredible Reaction To This Plate Of Food

Humans aren’t the only ones who go to bed hungry. In many poor countries, there are lots of stray animals who are forced to scrounge for food daily, often without success. It’s a struggle that only a lucky few are able to survive.

A woman in India named Ayesha Mohan came across one particularly famished kitten outside her home. Instead of treating him like any other stray, she decided to bring him inside and treat him to a feast. His reaction, however, was just about the best thing ever…

Ayesha Mohan, who lives in India, walked up to her front door one afternoon and heard a strange sound. At first, she couldn’t figure out where exactly it was coming from, so she decided to have a closer look. She moved toward the bushes…

It’s a good thing that she did, too, because in those bushes, she found a poor little ginger kitten who hadn’t eaten in days. While other people might have reported it to authorities or rushed it to a shelter, Ayesha had other plans.

She decided to welcome the kitten into her home. She couldn’t believe what an energetic and lively little fellow he was! He might have been skin and bones, but he was clearly intelligent and highly curious about everything.

Obviously, cats can’t speak, but that didn’t stop this little kitten from trying desperately to communicate with his new friend. He just meowed endlessly at his hero! Clearly, there was something he wanted.

While the kitten’s scraggly appearance was confirmation of just how long it had been since he’d last eaten, it didn’t stop him from flinging himself all over Ayesha’s room. At one point, he even climbed up her bed like a trained acrobat, eager to be closer to his new pal.

Once the kitten made his way onto Ayesha’s bed, it was time to continue his busy exploration. Curiously enough, the kitten was so intent on exploring his new environment that he seemed to forget that he was hungry. Well, for a little while anyway…

However, his curiosity about his new home didn’t last long. Before Ayesha could even turn away from filming him, his attention was back to her… and his poor stomach! Meowing yet again, this time the meaning was all too clear: “Please feed me!”

The adorable kitten was very vocal the entire time he was in the house. At first it was just curiosity, but it eventually became a clear demand for a hearty meal provided by his newfound bestie.

In response, Ayesha treated the hungry kitty to a plate of hot food, for which he was incredibly thankful. Look how fast the kitten leapt off the bed down to sample his delectable feast—he couldn’t believe his luck was finally turning around!

Ayesha let him stay with her for a few months before giving him to a loving family who she knew would make sure he ate plenty of delicious food.

We often choose which animals to adopt based on their appearances. It makes sense that the first thing we judge by is appearance. But when it comes down to it, looks – both with people and animals – are just containers.

A woman named Nicole realized this when her and her friends were exploring a barn in Germany. They didn’t come across anything remarkable, just scattered hay and farmyard odors. Then, Nicole heard a faint crying coming from the corner.

She crept over to investigate and found two kittens nestled against the wall! Their mother was nowhere to be seen, and both looked like they were in a sorry state. Nicole felt she couldn’t leave them, so she scooped up both cats in her arms.

Nicole got the kittens straight over to a veterinarian, who said she hadn’t come a moment too soon. Both felines were dealing with mites, ear infections, and malnourishment, but the vet promised to get them back to full health.

After their recovery, Nicole happily brought them home for the first time. Now named Elli and Rosie, they settled right in. They all lived happily together for nine months, until something strange started happening with Elli.

The whole mystery began when Nicole spotted a strange white spot on Elli’s side. Maybe she had gotten into something outside that got stuck in her fur? It just didn’t seem to belong there.

Nicole figured the white spot might be removable. Brandishing her cat brush, she pulled it across Elli’s side until she could no longer feel her hand. The white patch didn’t fade one bit. However, it changed a couple weeks later.

By that time, white streaks and specks formed all around Elli’s face. The cat hadn’t even turned a year old yet, so Nicole didn’t think that she was simply going gray. She tried not to panic.

Any hopes that the unusual patterns would go away soon vanished. The white spots blended together until large parts of Elli’s coat totally changed color. At the same time, the kitty otherwise seemed like her happy playful self.

On one level, Nicole felt put off by the whole situation. Though she watched the change gradually unfold before her eyes, it was like a completely different cat wandered into her home! Nicole decided to consult her vet.

Finally, Nicole managed to get some answers. The vet informed her that Elli had a very rare condition called vitiligo. For the most part, vitiligo manifests itself in younger humans.

But a smattering of animals get vitiligo too! It causes blotches of skin to lose their pigment, creating vivid color pattens all over the body. Nicole nervously asked if her cat was in any danger.

Fortunately, the vet assured Nicole that vitiligo is completely harmless. There’s a good chance Elli wasn’t even aware it was happening! She would just go about her normal cat businesses: eating, sleeping a ton, and jumping everywhere she wasn’t supposed to.

When Nicole compares current pictures of Elli to old snapshots, her kitty is almost unrecognizable. She’s gone from a tuxedo pattern to a snow leopard! And as Nicole learned from Instagram, people love her unique look.

Nicole regularly shares updates on Elli, whose fur keeps changing all the time. It’s particularly striking to see her next to her sister Rosie, who is completely untouched by vitiligo.

But Elli hasn’t let the newfound fame go to her head. She’s perfectly content living with Nicole, and it’s a real miracle they happened to meet in that barn. Of course, she’s not the only feline whose owner has turned her into an online celebrity.

Mugi, Naru, and Nya tried not to panic as they watched their owner. The three Scottish Folds had seen him do plenty of strange things before, but this time was different. For one thing, his antics would make them all famous.

Purr and Roar

See, their owner Ryo Yamazaki always had a flair for the creative, but he couldn’t have expected his talents to put him on a magazine cover (of course, the designer had one of his models pose alongside him).

While there are plenty of other pet clothing stylists out there, Ryo is one of a kind. You see, he specializes in hats — cat hats. But what’s his process like? Let’s chat.

A few years back, Ryo noticed his cats shed quite a bit. Though that was nothing new, an unorthodox idea crossed his mind: rather than toss all that fur into the trash, would it be possible to make something out of it?

With the help of family and friends, Ryo cleaned the fur clumps and organized them by color. Then, with a spark of creativity and painstaking attention to detail, he molded the shed hair into something magical…

Like this devilishly dapper top hat, complete with a white band! Even if you’re grossed out by the concept of collecting hair, you have to admit this accessory is fit for the finest black tie occasions. With all the work he puts in, Ryo naturally wants to share his creations.

That’s why he posts all his creations on social media, spearheaded by his Instagram account rojiman. He describes himself as a “fallen fur hat designer,” and boy, does he deliver.

As you might know from experience, most cats don’t take to kindly to wearing any kind of garment, let alone something on their heads. Fortunately, Ryo’s found himself three feline models willing to put up with his handsome headgear.

For example, his Scottish Fold cats don’t even mind taking on the appearance of a different animal, even a dog! Then again, it never hurts to have a disguise, especially if Mugi wants to spy on the canine ranks.

Using his expert felting skills, Ryo crafted a fully three-dimensional duck hat. And if you look closely, you’ll notice he used fur from Nya, Maru, and Mugi. Everybody’s a team player (whether they realize it or not)!

Nya often rocks a highly detailed warthog look, perhaps as a nod to Pumba from The Lion King. Speaking of Disney movies, Ryo also enjoys paying tribute to his favorite cartoon characters.

Any anime buffs out there will appreciate Maru’s Gundam helmet. However, we bet this cat won’t be fighting any other giant robots — unless they try to scratch his belly. Then they’ll get the claws!

In addition, Ryo’s dropped some Pokemon references in his work. Rather than going with a fan favorite like Pikachu or Charizard, however, Ryo likes the deep cuts. Here, he’s transformed Maru into the ultra-intelligent Slowking.

That doesn’t look like a genuine smile, does it? Sure, Ryo’s feline friends might not always seem thrilled to be modeling his creations. However, their legion of fans sincerely disagree.

With over 100,000 devoted Instagram followers, Ryo and his three kitties have become kings of the internet. In fact, their success has led to some interesting new directions for Ryo’s artwork.

His hats and wigs have officially hit the market! For a nominal fee, you can have a 100% cat hair accessory for you or your pet. You can guarantee there’s no pesky dog hair in these products.

After all, a cat hair hat makes for the perfect gift around the holidays. A miniature Santa hat would complete any Christmas card photo — if you can manage to get your pet to hold still.

Though Ryo doesn’t want his customers to limit their holiday spirit to December. Once Halloween rolls around, your cat will feel extra spooky if he’s sporting a pair of horns and a bleach-blonde moptop.

Ryo’s American audience can’t agree on whether Donald Trump’s hair is real or not, but both Democrats and Republicans can enjoy this presidential wig. Your cat better brush up on constitutional claws!

Every once in a while, Ryo goes above and beyond headwear. Can you believe he collected enough fur to make a full sculpture of Maru? Obviously, the real cat looks much more well-fed.

Nya, Maru, and Mugi’s hats are only getting better and better as their owner hones his skills. A truly unique artist, Ryo is flying high.
